Appointments
- You can make an appointment by phone or at the reception. On working days, it is best to call between 12.30 pm -13.00 pm.
- The phone will not be answered during treatment. You can then leave a message on the answering machine.
- You will be called back as soon as possible.
- You can also send a message by clicking on the contact button on the contact page.
- Or contact us via sms or whattsapp.
For the first appointment you should bring:
- Your insurance card
- A valid ID card
- Possibly a referral letter if necessary (with direct access this is not necessary)
Cancellation of appointment
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In this way you enable us to treat another patient.
- If you fail to cancel within this time limit, you will be charged 100% for the reserved treatment time.
- We cannot declare the missed appointment to your insurance.
- Due to the weekend closure, appointments scheduled for Monday must be canceled during the weekend. You can contact us by sending a message to info@fysiomama.com or call 0618824445
Being late for an appointment
- If you show up late for your appointment, you run the risk that the treatment cannot be completed according to plan or the appointment can be cancelled due to lack of time.
