Complaints policy

Mama is affiliated with the Complaints Regulation department of Royal Society for Physiotherapy Netherlands (KNGF).

As physiotherapists, we aim to provide the highest quality services possible through the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.   Whilst the vast majority of users have a good experience, it is of course always possible that you may have a complaint. We advise you to first discuss your complaint with your physiotherapist in order to resolve the problems.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome after discussing with your physiotherapist and the practice owner, or if you are not satisfied with the solution offered, then you can contact Complaints Regulation department of Royal Society for Physiotherapy Netherlands (KNGF).
